It is true that the ADSL is now widespread throughout Italy (maybe not think so in the villages affected by the digital divide…), but a site full of heavy images, pages with the edge of megabytes in size is not ideal.
Temporarily controlling some pages, you can control the operation of the internal and external links as well as the meta-tag.
