10 days in New York: Quick Guide

Times square at night, a good place to start touring New York!

Finally, after a long time, I add a practical guide, using the information that I recovered my first time I went to the Big Apple, browsing guides and consulting various forums.

Along with the practical instructions on how to divide the 10 days of the trip, I've also included the relative Google Map, where they are inserted all the places listed.
each “day” has a different color, then each color in the map corresponds to a different day.

Along with the quick start guide and the map, you can find the photos in the website gallery, A this address.

To optimize the time to maximum, I decided to divide the city into zones, so do not spend too much time on the subway (which also adore!).

To move to New York you MUST make a bus pass. Taxis are also cool and relatively cheap, but you can use them whenever mica. 🙂

Council to buy a weekly metrocard (details on the website of the MTA) and individual tickets for the 3 days remaining.

It is recommended to stay in Manhattan, but personally, on other occasions, I also stayed in Brooklyn, near Prospect Park and, thanks to the efficiency of the underground, in less than half an hour I was in Manhattan.

'Nuff said! Needless to continue with useless ramblings, here is the route that I took the first time I went to 10 days in New York.

Regarding attractions that involve the purchase of the ticket (and, a New York, are many, but many… just think of the grueling code per salire sull’Empire State Building o sul Top of the Rock, rather than enter at MoMA), I suggest you do like me, skip the queues, save time, and buy tickets (o un City Pass) online.

Having also bought tickets to see the legendary Yankees (Major League Baseball), I took the opportunity to shoot a video during the presentation of the formations. Creepy, like the time when he sings the anthem!
