2 weeks in New York: guide and itinerary for those who return again

I have already spoken, in a previous article, of the’route to be followed The first time we went to New York, for ten days, indicating all the things not to be missed and “Tourist” you can not NOT do, the first time in New York.
Brooklyn Bridge, the view from the Empire State Building, large lawns of Central Park, to name a few.

10 days, however, pass quickly, and in such a big city is always that bitter aftertaste of not being able to do everything. For lack of time, for example, I was not able to visit Roosevelt Island, learn more about visiting Williamsburg Brooklyn, or walk around the pond at Flushing Meadows, nel Queens.

Some time ago I returned to almost two weeks in New York, doing two fast shunts Hoboken (to try the desserts of Carlo's Bakery) and Atlantic City, La Piccola Las Vegas della East Coast.

Now, I dolci di Buddy Valastro were THE WORST I have ever eaten, sugar, burrosi, with fruit to the taste of medicine, as well as expensive (compared to what they are worth, of course). Also, to enter the pastry, I had to wait almost 3 hours in a row, on the street!

Atlantic City is not nothing special, but worth a visit for a day, especially for walking on Boardwalk and on the beach, if you go in summer.

A little advice to follow if you visit the less “Tourist”: as someone will know, in the New York metropolitan area, there are also the turnstiles outgoing. Next, there is an emergency exit which, if open, triggers an alarm.
It can happen (and has happened to me a little’ times) that, when is going to get the train station, some harmless-looking old ladies ask you to cut open the emergency exit, saying that they can not enter the station, because their magnetic card is not read.
As soon as you open the door (and alarm sounds), their rush to the train, and the guard station curse you in every way possible, because that harmless old lady has cleverly escaped the ticket! 🙂

Council to follow the route that I created and tried it myself, where I granted “luxury” to leave the last two days of semi-free.
in fact, I find it interesting to walk aimlessly, and mingle in the crowd, to experience the city from the point of view of the residents rather than tourists. in my case, The plane arrived late in the evening and party, then there may be small changes according to your schedule.

As well as for those who counseled the itinerary visit New York City for the first time, Regarding attractions that involve the purchase of the ticket (I think of the long code per salire sull’Empire State Building o sul Top of the Rock, o per enter at MoMA), I suggest you do like me, skip the queues, save time, and buy tickets (o un City Pass) online.

I can not show you a small gem: this dancer impromptu, a Coney Island, It looked like it needed an exorcism!

I then shot a video on board the cable car, che collega Manhattan a Roosevelt Island, that let you know a little below, the itinerary that I followed in my visit to New York.

There is more opportunity to improvise when, once you master the city streets and the subway.
